The Business Challenge
The client, a healthcare provider, was running day-to-day operations across phone-based scheduling, paper charts, and disconnected spreadsheets for tracking test results. Front-desk staff, doctors, and patients each needed a different view of the same information, but there was no single system that respected those boundaries — patients shouldn't see internal clinical notes, and staff shouldn't need to dig through unrelated records to find what they needed.
As patient volume grew, the lack of a centralized, role-aware system meant more phone calls, more manual data entry, and more risk of information falling through the cracks between departments.
Our Solution
Tech Vanta LLC designed and developed a custom healthcare web application built on a custom WordPress theme and plugin architecture, giving the client three purpose-built dashboards — Admin, Doctor, and Patient — each showing only the tools and data relevant to that role.
Appointment booking, medical records, health test ordering, and result tracking were all built as connected modules within one platform, backed by role-based access control and secure authentication so sensitive patient data stays visible only to the people authorized to see it.
